What we collect
Your name, email and billing details when you enrol; the work you submit; and basic usage data that helps us improve lessons.
How we use it
To run your courses, send feedback and certificates, process payments and — only if you opt in — share news about upcoming cohorts.
Who we share it with
Only with the services that help us run Doxane, such as our payment processor and video host. We never sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 90 days of a deletion request. Invoices are kept as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time from your account settings, or by emailing hello@doxane.academy.
