1. Your account

You need an account to enrol in a course. Keep your login details private — you are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create one.

2. Courses and access

Self-paced courses are available for as long as your plan is active. Cohort purchases include lifetime access to recordings and materials for that course. We may update course content to keep it current.

3. Payments, trials and refunds

Every plan starts with a free first week. Cancel before day eight and you will not be charged. After that, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cohort payments are refundable until the second live session.

4. Your work

You own the projects you create during a course. By sharing work in community spaces, you allow other learners and mentors to view and comment on it.

5. Community guidelines

Be kind, be specific and assume good intent. We may remove content or suspend accounts that harass others or share material you don’t have the rights to.
